**Lucca Biennale Cartasia Returns and Refunds Policy**
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your Right of Withdrawal.
If you return an item in accordance with the guidelines provided here, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the returned product (shipping costs are excluded). However, if you are purchasing as a "consumer" and decide to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen calendar days from the delivery date, you will be refunded both the purchase price and the shipping costs for the least expensive shipping option offered by Lucca Biennale Cartasia (Lubica).
For domestic returns, the return shipping costs start from EUR 4. Please note that return shipping costs may vary based on the quantity, size, and weight of the items.
Note: We will issue a refund for a product shipped by Lucca Biennale Cartasia (Lubica) within a maximum of 14 days and will confirm this with an automatic email. You can view the refund on your bank account or credit card statement within a maximum of 7 working days from the refund issuance. In certain circumstances, the refund processing time may be longer. To return an item in accordance with Lucca Biennale Cartasia's policy, you must notify us within the specified timeframes. If you need assistance, you can contact us.
You are required to return the products within 30 days from the date of the return label creation. The return shipping costs to Lucca Biennale Cartasia, shown during the return process, are your responsibility.
Note: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Items purchased as new must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged.
**Right of Withdrawal**
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can decide to return the item to us within 14 calendar days of its delivery (or the delivery of the last item, in the case of separate deliveries), without providing any reason.

**Refunds**
When you return an item, the amount and method of refund may vary depending on whether the return is due to the legal warranty of conformity or because you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal (canceling the order within 14 or 30 calendar days of delivery) and the payment method used for the purchase.
**Returning an Item**
By visiting My Orders, you can return an item sold and shipped by Amazon within 30 days of the delivery date, according to the Lucca Biennale Cartasia returns policy.
You can return an item in the following cases:
- If you have reconsidered your purchase.
- If the purchased item was delivered damaged, defective, different from what you ordered, or not in conformity with the sales contract.
After 30 days from delivery, to obtain warranty assistance for items sold by Lucca Biennale Cartasia, contact our Customer Service.
To return an item you ordered:
1. Go to My Orders.
2. Choose the order and select Return or replace items.
3. Select the item you want to return and choose an option from the Return reason menu.
4. Choose how you want to process your return from the available options.
5. Select your preferred return method.
6. Print the return labels and authorization.
7. Securely pack the item, following the instructions included with the return label.
